Wine Resort Villa Acquaviva is an agritourism and hotel in the municipality of Manciano, just a stone's throw away (5 km) from the Terme di Saturnia hot springs.
Villa Acquaviva has 25 rooms scattered throughout its Villa, once a noble residence, and its historical farmhouses. In the selection of rooms we offer, you will not find a distinction between hotel or agritourism rooms nor between the rooms of the Villa and farmhouses. All rooms share the same style and only differ in room size, services offered and finer details.

En-suite bathroom, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning and bar fridge are available in all the Wine Resort rooms. Some rooms also include a jacuzzi and others terraces or verandahs which open onto the garden.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

All our rooms are quiet and intimate, and furnished in a romantic and charming fashion with care given to colour arrangements. They also have wonderful views over the park.

Does the hotel have any rooms with a balcony?
The Deluxe rooms have either a balcony or veranda. There are 2 rooms with a balcony and 6 with a veranda.

Are there any bedrooms with jacuzzis?
Yes, there are rooms and suites with jacuzzis or with hydro massage showers.

Are there any rooms for smokers in the hotel?
There are no rooms for smokers within our structure.

Do your rooms have satellite TV with international channels?
All our rooms have satellite TV. Therefore, there is the choice of many international channels.

Do your rooms have direct call telephones?
Yes, our room phones have direct, external lines. We also have an agreement with a foreign operator for international calls.

Do the rooms have air-conditioning? Only in summer?
Yes, our rooms and communal areas have air conditioning. It is usually used from May to September.

Can I connect to the internet with my laptop in my room?
You will find Wi-Fi connection practically everywhere in the hotel grounds, for example in the lobby and in the park. Our rooms are not covered by Wi-Fi connection.
