RED RAISIN SANGIOVESE AND ALICANTE WINE
Production area
Near Montemerano (330mt above sea level) next to Saturnia Spa, at the meeting point between the areas of the denomination of origin of Morellino di Scansano and Bianco di Pitigliano, both of which are Maremma wines.
Grapes and their vinification
Made from Sangiovese and Alicante grapes, ripened on the vines until they reach the necessary and correct sugar content.
Organoleptic test
Result of the tasting at 18°C:
COLOUR : Ruby red with slightly rosé highlights
BOUQUET: Ripe fruit and resinous aromas, becoming intense FLAVOUR: elegant, perfectly balanced with sour black cherry scent
Gastronomic matchings
The Nottambulo wine is suitable for desserts, especially with chocolate ones.
