Production area
Manciano, near Montemerano (330mt above sea level) close to Saturnia Spa, at the meeting point between the areas of the denomination of origin of Morellino di Scansano and Bianco di Pitigliano, both of which are Maremma wines.
Grapes and their vinification
Late September careful vinification with skinless controlled fermentation.
Organoleptic test
COLOUR: very clear, pale straw yellow with greenish highlights.
BOUQUET: delicate vinosity with a slight ripe banana bouquet
FLAVOUR: full, acidic and slightly alcoholic and generous with the definite taste of Trebbiano grapes.
DEVELOPMENT: good gustative persistence, it is at its best one year after harvest.

Suitable for all fish dishes and first courses.
